Cancellation Policy
1. Monthly subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled before the next billing period by contacting support@aureus-analytics.com or through the billing portal if enabled.
2. Effect of cancellation
Cancellation prevents future billing. It does not automatically refund reports already delivered, reporting periods already started, or work already performed.
3. Advisory engagements
Custom advisory engagements may have specific cancellation terms agreed in writing. Where a separate written agreement exists, that agreement controls the cancellation terms for the advisory engagement.
4. Access after cancellation
After cancellation, access to future reports, private folders, recurring exports or scheduled reviews may stop at the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise agreed.
