Refund Policy
1. Digital service model
Aureus provides digital B2B market intelligence reports, CSV exports, PDF reports, summaries and custom analytical work. No physical product is shipped.
2. General refund position
Because Aureus provides digital market intelligence and analytical work, payments are generally non-refundable once a report, CSV, PDF, email summary, private folder access or custom analysis has been delivered.
3. Error or non-delivery
If a customer is charged in error or does not receive the purchased report or subscription deliverable, they may contact [CONTACT EMAIL] within 7 days of the charge for review.
4. Review process
Refund requests are reviewed case by case. If a refund is granted, it will normally be processed to the original payment method through the payment processor.
5. No refund for market outcomes
Aureus does not refund fees based on whether a client acts on a signal, whether a listing remains available, whether a transaction occurs, or whether a market outcome meets expectations.
