1. Service provider

2. Nature of the service

Aureus Analytics provides business-to-business market intelligence reports, analytical outputs, CSV exports, PDF reports, email summaries and related decision-support materials concerning observed public luxury-watch market data.

Aureus does not sell watches, broker transactions, custody assets, handle client funds for watch purchases, authenticate watches, guarantee execution, or intermediate transactions between buyers and sellers.

3. No financial, investment or transaction advice

Aureus does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, authentication, valuation, transaction, resale or regulated advice. Any score, signal, opportunity, benchmark, estimated discount, trend or ranking is an analytical indicator for internal review only.

4. Data sources and limitations

Reports are based on observed public-market data, internal analytical models and available information at the time of preparation. Data may be incomplete, delayed, unavailable, inaccurate, duplicated, removed or affected by third-party platform changes.

5. Client responsibility and due diligence

Clients remain solely responsible for independent due diligence before any commercial decision. Aureus does not guarantee listing availability, authenticity, seller reliability, title, transaction execution, resale value, investment performance, future prices or market outcomes.

6. Permitted use

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Aureus reports and exports are provided for the client’s internal business use only. Redistribution, resale, scraping, republication, public posting or commercial re-use of Aureus materials is prohibited without written permission.

7. Subscription fees and billing

Fees are charged according to the selected plan or written agreement. Prices exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments may be processed through Stripe or another approved payment processor.

8. Delivery

Reports are delivered digitally by email, download link, dashboard link or private folder. Delivery schedules depend on the selected plan and may vary for custom advisory engagements.

9. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation and refund terms are described in the Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not automatically refund reports or work already delivered or performed.

10. Methodology changes

Aureus may update its methodology, models, report formats, coverage, monitored brands, data sources and scoring criteria at any time to improve service quality or adapt to market or data-source changes.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aureus shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service or reliance on reports.
