Aureus assesses how actively a reference appears across the observed market. Higher liquidity signals more reliable comparable data and faster signal validation.
Comparable Market Depth
Each deal is benchmarked against comparable active listings, adjusting for configuration, condition, seller type, and geography to produce a quality-adjusted pricing reference.
Discount Estimation
Observed listing prices are compared to the quality-adjusted comparable median. Discount estimates represent an analytical gap, not a guaranteed transaction outcome.
Seller Quality Score
Sellers are assessed on observed footprint, documentation signals, listing behaviour, and platform profile. Seller quality affects risk classification of each opportunity.
Marketability Indicators
References are scored on observed demand proxies, signal frequency, inventory depth, and trend direction to estimate relative marketability at the time of analysis.
Persistence & Trend Signals
Aureus tracks how long an opportunity has remained visible and whether the observed discount is accumulating, stable, or disappearing.
